Modulization and the Enveloping Ringoid
نویسنده
چکیده
Let A be an algebra in a variety V. We study the modulization of a pointed A-overalgebra P , show that it is totally in any variety that P is totally in, and apply this theory to the construction of the enveloping ringoid Z[A,V].

Fuzzy efficiency: Multiplier and enveloping CCR models
Comparing the performance of a set of activities or organizations under uncertainty environment has been performed by means of Fuzzy Data Envelopment Analysis (FDEA) since the traditional DEA models require accurate and precise performance data. As regards a method for dealing with uncertainty environment, many researchers have introduced DEA models in fuzzy environment. Some of these models ar...
متن کاملOn generalized reduced representations of restricted Lie superalgebras in prime characteristic
Let $mathbb{F}$ be an algebraically closed field of prime characteristic $p>2$ and $(g, [p])$ a finite-dimensional restricted Lie superalgebra over $mathbb{F}$. It is showed that anyfinite-dimensional indecomposable $g$-module is a module for a finite-dimensional quotient of the universal enveloping superalgebra of $g$. These quotient superalgebras are called the generalized reduced enveloping ...
متن کاملLinearised Categories
In this note we study several ways of turning a small category into a ringoid. We refer to such processes as linearisation, for lack of a better name. Although this material is very abstract, our main application is concrete: the category Mod(X) of sheaves of modules over a scheme X can be viewed as a localisation of a category of modules over a ringoid, very naturally constructed from the stru...
متن کاملFLOWS AND UNIVERSAL COMPACTIFICATIONS
The main purpose of this paper is to establish a relation between universality of certain P-compactifications of a semitopological semigroup and their corresponding enveloping semigroups. In particular, we show that if we take P to be the property that the enveloping semigroup of a compactification of a semitopological semigroup s is left simple, a group, or the trivial singleton semigroup, t...
متن کاملIdeals, radicals, and structure of additive categories
Simple and semisimple additive categories are studied. We prove, for example, that an artinian additive category is (semi)simple iff it is Morita equivalent to a division ring(oid). Semiprimitive additive categories (that is, those with zero radical) are those which admit a noether full, faithful functor into a category of modules over a division ringoid. Mathematics Subject Classifications (19...
